If you haven't seen One piece, go and download and see it! It's my favorite anime, after watching the 2nd esp you will know why.
The style doesn't appeal to me at first, but I got hooked because of the author's brain. lol
These 3 characters starting from the left are Zoro, Luffy and Sanji. Luffy is the main character that started the story, he is one of those character that always give you surprises.
he looks like a pirate kind with some pimp mixed in
excellent composition here, rule of thirds has been used simpily, but very effectively! the background, foreground, characters, colors, everything is so well established and it all fits in so well together, it really looks pro! you've done a great job portraying these characters too. the texturing is also nice--particularily in the fur, wood and fabric on the red jacket. if i could only steal your skills with the pencil crayons... *shakes fist* hehe, i wouldn't steal em... i'll just have to get off my butt and develop my own pencil crayon skills someday.
overall, i'm impressed most with the composition. there's so much going on but it's still so organized! it's very well centered, i notice that Luffy's legs are perfectly centered along the middle of the picture, making a nice T shape while still applying to proper proportions and anatomical laws, great job on that
great job!! i love it. +fav
i haven't even seen one peice and i love this
(but you won't get me to watch it... must... resist... anime!)
Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 10 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
When it comes to community spirit, `Rushy is a shining example. From participating in devmeets, to providing positive encouragement to other artists, `Rushy can always be found demonstrating what it really takes to be a true deviant. It's without any hesitation that we are delighted to award the Deviousness Award for July 2009 to `RushyRead More
