I really like the colors tha u added to the leaves without taking the attention form the girl.
It's hard to make vegetation and don't let the whole piece be just green.
And the little ow is a really cute and funny touch to the image.


Just be a little more careful with the blur in the background. it's nice to apply it in the borders since it's an effect that cameras do, but in the image there is too much blur that make it hard to read if the girl is sitting next to the bushes or if she is far from them.
If she is far, then there should be more lightining refleting on the edges of the log where she is sitting on, as well as the small wood that the butterfly is on. And also apply a slight lighter color on the things that are behind them due the athmospheric perspective.
A few more lively colors on her clothes can help her stand out from the rest of the elements without adding blur on the background too.
And as suggestion of composition u could break the linearity of the image by putting the log where the butterfly is sitting on, a bit more to the front . Rather than in the same level as the girl. and making more clear that she is looking at it.

The image has a nice composition but it only need a more 3d feel to it because the elements on it are a bit too flat. If u apply a nice lightenning reflection from the ground on the log, probably it will give a more volume to the object.
And I also miss a few more sharp shadows on the edges since the light source is very strong above the elements. Specially on the fabric that the girl is sitting on, there is a large shadow on her legs, but only a few in the fabric and the log itself.

The mood of the image is great and really gives that warm feeling, but in short, it only needs a few more final touches and color adjustments

This is a beautiful piece of work. The lighting is wonderful, as are the details on her shirt and the glow of her hair. I'm particularly enamored of the little owl! However, I would like to see some clearer definition in the area of her legs. They look a bit "blurry." Also, unless that was your intention, the black outline makes the image look slightly clausterphobic.
Your textures are also very nice, particularly on the tree. You also do a good job of making it clear that Rose is looking at the butterfly. The mixed expressions on her face certainly make the image more captivating.
