i dont know if this make sense but its really a unique style u hav here may-san!!
Their roles change, but changes according to what they can do, and the kind of role they are best at.
They are anime actors, you can call them, and I am the director.
yes, i figured that i rather have my characters, the same ones already developed and use them over for the new story, that way i do not have to develop them all over, and they can change according to needs, its really convient for me to connect back to the readers, and for me to make a new start.
I thought about the whole thing and I just spotted a few possible problems : mostly the fact that someone who isn't following all your work and the way you use the characters might end up lost. I must admit I was at some point : I thought a few of your lighthearted comics where actually small comical spoofs of the serious stories but with the actual characters. Now I realize they were probably totally different.
Another thing is that, as with real actors, people will end up associating a particular role to the character and it will be hard to think of them as someone else in another story. I'm thinking of the long black haired guy (see, I still don't know the name, wah ;_; ) here, E-Depth one
Well in the end I guess it mostly hurts the casual reader compared to an addicted fan (I'm kinda half-way between both
About freshness in the story roles, there will come a time when i just decide to use completely different characters... or make them completely unnoticable, who knows. But so far it worked for me despite the problems it might create.
oh and excuse me from the earlier comment
I got his name wrong XD
yeah they want something that will sell, sad to say it.
but if they dont see something thats gonna get that money
then its going out of the pile.
