Technicals:
Not my best animation (crappy little thing...there are technical things I am too lazy to fix)
but its indeed my most silly animation to date. The dance itself was funny, now looking at America chibi doing it.....
I decided I don't feel like tackling other nations now... (it will take too long) I will provide the base for gif animation making later for others who are interested.
(Edit: Changed back to Flash swf.... Gif just doesn't do it right!!!! -anger)
