I suppose that's one of your ads. I am not looking to give trouble, or to ask for any, I thought I should contact you since I have learned about the information. Perhaps its one of your employee's decision you are not aware of.
If it's in your interest to use my work to advertise for your shop in London, I would appreciate if you asked my permission, I might be able to give you a nice customized version if you need it. I am usually generous in giving away usage for my images on copyrighted series, especially fan art. I would like to be respected as the original artist, at least getting a notification, for the usage of my work. Thank you.

One of our staff was asked to design original artwork for our advertising, we were not aware that he sourced the images from an internet search. Again we sincerely apologise and we meant no disrespect. The ad image is also currently in use as our store flyer, may we have your permission to keep using them, and we can (belatedly) give you full credit on our myspace and facebook pages. I figured that's probably what happened.
I don't mind it, thank you for the sincere apology. I give you the permission to continue use my image. As long as there's no trouble or any involvement from Shonen magazines to complicate the issue, please use it with caution.
If you need me to do service for you, I will be glad to help.

Commentary:
It appears as I subspected, I know alot of graphic design artists today can't draw, then it's natural they will go and take online images to use.
I have granted permission to them to keep using my images so they don't have to retrack it and lose money.
I will probably assist them in the future if they need any more images from me.

I don't think I would demand any payment, that fan art already brought me more good than I thought it would. It would be more important if I get into a good relationship with the shop, than to be demanding.
Fan art is not done for money anyway.
