Manga commission: (depending on my opening)
B/W 30 dollars per page, but discount maybe possible depending on the size of your project. Give me a thoughtful, mind-blowing script sample to stir my interest, and grammar free too. Please do what a writer should do, hand in a perfect script, easy to read for the artist.
Note to writers: For your major characters, i think a writer needs to be aware of how much description they need to give to the artist to have the most accurate illustration/design.
Here's what I will request from my clients later on for all their major cast info:
1. Character name
2. Age
3. Sex/gender
4. Height, weight, if it's female, cup sizes, waist, body type required. If it's a guy, tell me the built.
5. Personality/a brief backstory if any
6. Clothing/armor?
7. Weapons and it's look, if it's sword, tell me the length
8. Hair, eye, skin colors. Hair style, hair length?
9 Race, is it human? Do they have different color blood?
10. Style preference and reference. If any.
It doesn't matter whether i am doing black and white or color, I need all these info. If you don't do that I will add on an request for 5-10 USD every time you want to change the design after 3 modifications.
2D Animation Commission: (again depending on opening, but animation project is long term, if I am interested I will arrange it for you)

2D Animation for private commissions: (from cheap to best)
Delivery time: I will work out a schedule with you if you need it, but if you have to rush me I will increase my rates, if its very - after all i will be burning my health for you.
Cheap: (4-16 drawings per second)
20-40 USD: 100X100 colored icon animated with eye blink
80 USD - 1 character simple hair loop, (6-12 drawings) 1 of my own stock background, cleaned/colored. (each new character on the scene is another $60)
80 USD - 100 USD: 1 looping animation splash page for your personal project in flash.
200 USD: 1 shot of still/looping animation, customized background (ex: character standing in windy graveyard) you can request multiple shots make a sequence. (200 per shot)
Higher quality non-looping full animation: (20-30 drawings per second)
Rate:
ink animation: 60 USD/1 second
Colored: 100 USD/1 second
Double challenge Quality:
Action packed stuff, (ex: 2 characters fighting- smooth animation-27 drawings on average per second)- starting 200USD for 3 seconds
Each character added to the action sequence is another 300 USD
Commercial clients will get rates based on their studio budget, but no lower than my offer.

I was wondering how much it would cost to have you collaborate with me on a manga/graphic novel. I'm not the best at panelling/composition/layout stuff, so that would be the part I'd have you do. I would really only need some rough sketches of the pages in order to work from. I might also sometimes change things, or ask for a re-do of a page, but you'd always get paid for your work. How much would that sort of thing cost?
I'd like to think my story is compelling and interesting (don't we all, lol) but I don't have much of it in script form. I'll see if I can't post it somewhere so I can send it to you.

I am not exactly sure.... so u want me to just panel for you and u do the finish? Or do u want to rough it out and i do the finish? Or is it a back and forth, you rough first draft, i panel, then you finish? The price will be different depending.
Basically I would have you rough it out, and I would finish it from there. I might ask your input on some roughs sometimes. Just give me a quick-and-dirty sketch of the layout of the pages, no need to be detailed or very large. We can go page-by-page or chapter-by-chapter, whichever works best for you.
It's this first step that contains all the elements I have trouble with: pacing, composition, choice of frame/angle, etc. My pages always seem to turn out dead-looking. Hopefully through working with you I will gradually learn the feel of these things. Practice makes perfect, after all!
Do you want all these on paper or on computer is fine? That will affect the price a bit. (computer is cheaper of course)
Hm, i tried to come up with a price, but this project i will really need to do a few test pages to see how long it takes for a sequence. My idea of the price range for a 20-page chapter is around 150-200, making each page around 7.5-10 dollar.
If that's the price, I'll have to save up, but then I've got time, right? ^.^
Remember, all I need is the bare minimum of indicating what the panels are and what goes in them. Feel free to draw shape-people (like those wooden dolls you can buy in supply stores) and write their names on the face, lol.
One other thing i will do for you as well is placing the structure into the characters. From the look of your drawing you haven't loosen up yet.
