Spent it with family, just opening presents, hanging out, watching movies, eating....

With my family, but really sick. Eesh. I'd just be getting over something, but all of a sudden would feel really sick the day after I felt like I was getting better. I even had a colossal earache (which ended up with me having a popped eardrum...sorry if that grosses you out). And just this past week I was getting better but yesterday I felt so sick I wanted to faint and couldn't eat anything until about 4pm.

Also what happened this holiday, I don't know if you believe in ghosts or not but my sister had things disappearing in her apartment, even when she was in the next room over with her friend, and would reenter, only to find that some things like her keys, pen and nail polish gone, and a bit of change found on her sofa. Then later they hung out with other friends and my sister's friend started getting random texts from friends who haven't talked to her for a while (which when she later looked again, the names turned into '...') The texts said things like 'I know where your nail polish is' and even described what it looked like. Since she was spending the holidays with me and our family, she came back to our house, looking absolutely petrified. I don't blame her, this sort of stuff really freaks both of us out and when she was describing everything, my knees were buckling on me. She even said her friend found her nail polish in her purse and a random lighter.

When we prayed over her, the exact moment we said amen, her friend called and said that she received another text saying 'we (or I, not sure which) won't bother you anymore' or 'it's safe to go home now' I don't remember which. Right after, my sister's cell died. I forgot to mention to this point that her cell has been on low battery for the whole time, which in normal circumstances dies within minutes. And it's not like she was hardly using it. Me and her were texting the whole time this was happening, so I basically almost felt like I was there with them. It only died after the whole ordeal happened.

The next morning even, we found the pen she lost in our doorway, by someone's boot. And since her friend was spooked as well, she stayed over at our place. That's when she showed me the weird texts and we noticed the names weren't showing up of who texted them. She even showed us a picture that she took of my sister's pen, which is pretty distinct actually, but in the picture the next day, it was completely gone from the photo. The night this was all happening, my sis' friend showed it to her sis which had the pen in it at the time. A few days later, my sis found her key after we blessed it.

It was pretty spooky for myself as well. This was the strangest holiday for myself that I've experienced, that's all I can say -_-,

interesting, i know ghosts can possibly have enough energy to create cell phone calls,
texting, and moving items, but moving them this much on purpose is new to me.
Have you seen the ghost hunting reality shows? Such as ghost adventure, ghost lab, ghost hunters. They are pretty big hit, and the paranormal investigations are fun to watch and learn from.

I don't know if this is a real person pulling prank on you guys or it's a real ghost to be honest, don't be spooked by ghosts though, usually they can't do very much nor do they wish harm on regular people, they just want attention if they do choose to show themselves.

I can't stand to watch those shows, they freak me out. That happened to my aunt too when she was younger, she tried out the oujia board with a friend, and things started to move around in her place.

But yeah, I don't think it was a real person, nobody in my sis' apartment would want to do that to them, and if when I think about the whole situation, the whole thing is way too elaborate to be pulled off by an actual person. If it was a person, it would have to be to intentionally be hurtful, or a sick joke, which I can't see anybody involved with sis that day, or the past weeks to do that. It had to be a playful spook because they only seemed to play around that day. Which totally sucks when you don't want that to happen.

I'd hate to see a spiteful ghost. I've heard of people getting bruises and scratches from bitter ghosts.

My boyfriend and I woke up and opened our gifts to eachother - I got a new computer!!!! We went to my sister's for dinner around 3pm and then we exchanged gifts there. My sister is married and has three kids, so it was fun watching the kids open their gifts! Then we went home and relaxed! I had a great day!
