I think you should use a quill pen and some manga markers. I like doing that.

Cg and Coloring pencils!

copic marker....i do..just about all my art with them, theyy work really well and i always get good results. i don't have any examples on DA, but i will soon.^^

Well, digital coloring would generally reproduce better and have a cleaner feel and faster, depending on the style of coloring you are using.

However if you can scan your prismacolors in well enough with whatever scanner you are using, go with the colored pencils, you don't see much coloring of that type now a days and it will definitely bring more character to the comic.

I would say do it in what ever one you are most comfortable with.

I think it really depends on the manga. I want to say watercolor, but I think it would have to be a really flowy and pretty story you know? xD

I also like marker and color pencil as mixed media, that looks so awesome. ^^

you should definately do Prisma...those things are amazeing!

wich ever is easist. I voted for CG but I think it would be best in whaever is easy for you.
