It's honestly best to have quantity over quality. I hand draw everything, and it takes me forever, but still.. If I could get a page out a day, I'd probably be on chapter 7, not chapter 2.

I think it depends on the mood of the piece. I can better justify greyscales and sepia-toneage than a true black-white. There's something about the definition that a drawing still needs to it.

sorry for not being specific, in general, mangas are printed in black and white with tones creating the illusion of shades of gray. When I say black and white, what I mean is black/white printing, with grays of course.
