What I have the most is when the boss don't tell you anything! For exemple; My boss want me to do something and tell everobody but not me and in the last moment, someone tells me what I have to do. And then, may boss "wondered" If I am working or if I am doing right my job but never come to me to ask or watch, ask to others people how my work is. Isn't that anti-professionalism??? :s
Mine would have to be pointing out your faults to others out loud AND the giving you freedom and then telling you that what you did wasn't done the way she/he wanted it done. It's been years since I worked for a boss because of these and other factors. I am college educated and I have a certificate in medical transcription. Thing is, it's virtually impossible to get a job in a doctor's office or hospital without at least one year of experience. I keep asking the interviewer "How am I supposed to GET the experience if no one will hire me without experience?!" They always just shrug and send me on my way. *grumbles* Ridiculous! However, I decided I would become my own boss now....I will soon be opening my anime merchandise site. Yep, I'm a small business owner now! hehe Take THAT mean bosses! *raspberry face*
Definitely "giving you freedom, then telling you its not what s/he wanted." Ugh, God is that annoying.
The most recent example I can think of is a group project I had in one of my classes and my teammates wanted me to create designs for a story which we barely had the basic concept for. So I brought in my designs, having no idea what in the HELL I was designing for, and was promptly told my designs didn't fit with the story. It was all I could do not to strangle everyone in the room. A couple of years ago for our final project in another class, our teacher gave us very, very board criteria. Well, no one in the class really new what to make, so we all came in with vastly different projects.
Our teacher was disappointed with everyone, and everyone was pissed with him.
