I am good at the drawing part. I am good at the speech bubble part. I am relatively good at the action movements part. Why can't I be good at creative panelling???? waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah!!!!!
I didn't really get into making manga yet, so I didn't need many tutorials either, but I really loved yours, which is great for beginners and easy to understand. Than I like the books "How to draw manga", although it's sometimes a bit confusing for me it's also very helpful. So basically I'd say no, but there's never enough of tutorials
maybe a cute mascot in varied situations and some direction on how the circumstances of that situation might be panelled, things to think about when deciding how to panel, etc.
even though I've been working on my own manga I had never read these (instead I had been using my own knowledge of general layout/design, which helps, but this helps more.) They were very informative!

I always draw my comics with normal, plain square panels
not exactly tutorials, but a lot of analysis on manga panels, layout, and pacing
Also, I'm sure there are MANY different paneling styles, so there's no way a few basic tutorials could cover them all...
